This article on soft drink available in America is quite shocking (some drinks are available in other parts of the world also). Entitled ‘Harmful Drinks In America’ it show you how much sugar is really in your drinks by comparing them to the equivalent in sweet, biscuits or cakes! For example one can of Rockstar Energy Drink has 280 calories and 62g of sugar which is the same as 6 Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts!!!!
